I can say that at least since 23 I noticed I started not having the confidence or motivation to go out and date or attract the opposite sex. I’ve attributed this to many other factors going on like working full-time plus a side job, school, car problems, stress in general. But when going over the non physical symptoms of pcos I think the condition had more to do with it.
I believe I’ve had the onset of depression for most of my twenties, which have manifested in unenthusiasm or apathy and lack of motivation. On the physical side, I just don’t feel attractive or feminine.
