Halo mcc matchmaking failed

MCC I apologize if this is not the correct forum to vent. I read the rules and didn’t see anything in particular forbidding this kind of post. I bought an Xbox One on Sunday for the primary purpose of playing Halo: I went with the bundle that includes AC: Black Flag and AC: Once I got everything hooked up and online, I digital pre-ordered Halo: My first frustration comes from the fact that I’ve yet to be able to play a game. It took the better part of 3 days for all the digital download games to complete.

There was one modder that did that – BR fired Sniper Rounds. It still fired and acted like a BR except for its BR sniper ammo, and it was applied to everyone. However, Bungie explicity stated any modding of any kind on Live, whether it be Matchmaking or even Custom Games, you will be banned from matchmaking.

Halo has always had bad matchmaking in comparison to games like COD, Titanfall and even Destiny (which I’d call slow for new gen games). I’m not surprised there’s issues.

I could have dealt with the crummy gameplay changes. I couldn’t deal with playing game modes I didn’t want to play. I just want to play ctf or other objectives like assault. Not TDM or king of the hill. I want to play these on big maps with full players. Halo 4 does not allow me to do that. The only big version was basicly all team modes and people would usually vote for TDM.

So I didn’t play much of H4, because the game didn’t allow me to play what I wanted. I think that’s kind of shitty and dosent make a lot of sense. CoD has a playlist for everything on top of having much faster matchmaking. You just chose whatever in Battlefield.

The Master Chief Collection, but players are struggling to get online to play in any of the multiplayer matches. Earlier this morning, Microsoft issued an Xbox Live service alert to say that it’s working on the matchmaking problem that many players seem to be having. I tried to hop into a match this morning and managed to find a Capture the Flag round after about minutes of waiting on connection to other players.

Jan 12,  · Disclaimer: I know of MCC’s problems in theory, but have played that almost exclusively coop. Halo 4 was the last time I played MP. I did have hiccups connecting to games. One time it took fully.

I like the Halo 2 setup because it’s based on strategy and aiming ability over who is on the biggest sugar high and can get the auto-aim to lock on to an enemy while you spray wildly. Titanfall’s core feels too similar to Call of Duty, with the auto-aim luck and overdone extras for my liking.

Of course, I say that after a few rounds of Call of Duty, because Halo’s servers still aren’t working.

MCC is only a few updates away from making or breaking the game even more Update: Only time will tell. Unfortunatley Industries are only able to push out these fixes and update weekly. It may only be a few more weeks before the game turns into the thing we gamers have paid for.
